Child Trends and Safe Babies™, a program of ZERO TO THREE, will present findings from a study of six states (Colorado, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, South Carolina and Washington) focused on strategies for expanding prevention for infants and toddlers and their families, including through the Family First Prevention Services Act. A dialogue with state leaders will include how they have developed and refined their prevention work for very young children and families, barriers and facilitators to the work and how prevention-oriented agencies can partner to support families.
